Tapatio for most everything that needs spicing up.

Although I must admit that I preferred Tabasco for MRE's (Meals-Ready to Eat). One of the greatest things they did was make the little, tiny bottles and include them in the MRE's.

Concur with job. I used to use Tapatio for everything until I found sri racha. Now that is the only hot sauce I use.

El Yucateco is the SH**!!!! Cholula doesn't even hold a candle to the TAP. If you want another good one though Pico Pica (hot sauce not the taco sauce) is pretty damn good too.

I've bought bottles of both over the years but I couldn't tell them apart now if you asked me. lol

I've already mentioned in past posts my favorite hot sauce is Lingham's Hot Sauce, Original blend. It's a malaysian sweet hot sauce.

I always have bottles of sriracha, tabasco and lingham's in the house though I don't use them very heavily. Rarely do I buy mexican hot sauces.
