Tapatio vs. Cholula

I hate when people take a hot sauce thread and turn it into an algebra lesson with all those x, y, and ZZZZ...

I don't think I've had either Tapatio or Cholula. Weird. I'll have to change that. I have a Louisiana hot sauce at home that I use from time to time. Mostly though I use Sambal Oelek:

Cholula is better on food. Tapatio is better to cook with.
