Thanksgiving Wine

Talked with Jim Fox yesterday....he is rolling with nothing but Pinots this year.

More importantly-he suggested we do an LGK wine tasting event sometime this year. How cool is that and who is up for it?

I'm in as long as it's somewhere near Ventura County. If it goes down in the IE or OC, I'm out. The Wine House in West L.A. might be a good place to hold it.

Starting with a 2008 Beringer Private Reserve Chardonnay ($5 off at Costco with coupon).

Finishing with a 2009 Le Colombier Vacqueyras (one of the best bang for the buck reds at Total Wine).

M-m-m-m-m.! Can't wait.

How about in Paso Robles? I'd be up for that and would probably be able to hook up a winery to host the event........
