Sure it does.
Normally, I don't bother with the "splash of Coke"

i don't think they're selling this anymore starting this week. i had to run a bunch of errands this past weekend to look for father's day presents and stopped by a pavillions and a target on the way... i ended up with 5 cases of this stuff. i think that'll last me the rest of the year if not more. lol.
The Mountain Dew is sooooo good! I'm trying to be better about the soda intake, but I think I need to follow suit, lunchie.
You picked up the 20-oz plastic bottles, right? That's all they have at my Vons. What are the dates on your bottles? I just bought mine this evening and they're dated 7/13/09. no:
hahaha. i don't pay attention to the dates. actually, i got the 12 pack cans. the pavillions by me in HB had a few mountain dews left. i haven't seen the bottles at all around here.
ordinarily, i rarely drink soda... probably about once every month or two. (so when i do, i only drink pepsi). now that i'm knocked up though and my metabolism has shot up, i probably have one or two a week. heh... but seriously, 5 cases really will likely last me until at least the end of the year regardless of whatever the date on the can says.
i forgot to mention, i also picked up a 4 pack of natural pepsi in the glass bottle. it's made of all natural ingredients. kola nut extract, sugar, etc. it tastes a little more sour than regular pepsi and it's not as fizzy. it's also more expensive. probably won't get it again unless i acquire a taste for it.
my biggest thing about not drinking soda is the high fructose corn syrup. the copious amounts of "sugar" in general regardless of what kind it is though is a secondary reason. once my metabolism goes back to its usual state after this is all said and done, i'm back to once every month or so.
edit: i just looked at the use by date: feb 01, 2010. lol.
Damn, I'm just seeing this for the first time now. Too late for me. Sucks too cause I'm not too fond of Pepsi but this sounds like it would be up my alley. I missed out. Doesn't help that where I do my grocery shopping didn't carry it or else I would have at least seen it on display.
I found a 20 oz bottle at Albertsons in Westminster. It wasn't bad and I know if you're going to drink soda the regular sugar is the lesser of two evils over HFCS. That said, I didn't think it was so awesome that I needed to hoard the stuff.
I had a Jones soda, just regular cola flavor, with the real sugar on a flight recently and thought it was better than the Pepsi Throwback.
VegasHockey , Check Vons and Smith's. I think they still have it in stock. Also Albertson's
