Oh yeah! This a great idea. I have a shelf in my pantry that is filled with a wide selection of adult beverages...just for this occaison. I will admit that during the long losing streak last season, I did break into that stash to drown my sorrows. Since then, I have replenished my stock and I am ready for the Cup celebration to begin. Go Kings Go!!!
At this rate?

After the Kings win the Stanley Cup and I am done shedding tears (I'm planning on crying with joy, don't care what people say!), I'll bust out this tequila to sip and savor, and light up a good cigar. Take it all in!

I have a bottle of Jack Daniels that I've been sitting on since 2000. I thought I would drink it with my buddies for my bachelor party, but I forgot about it. So there it sits in my liquor cabinet. I also have a bottle of Opus One that I think is from 93'. It would be kinda cool if I drank that when they win it.
Jonnie Blue is wasted on me. If any of you are offering that to me I will respectfully decline. Tried it once with my father in law and couldn't take it. I had to cut it with Sprite. I know... sacrilege...
Maybe I'll get a magnum of Chimay Blue for this purpose.
Sounds like we're all drinking the Kool-Aid: Oh Yeah!Attachment 2627
I encourage a tiered-system of success to avoid our alcoholic beverages from going bad.
Make the Playoffs=Captain and Coke
Survive 1st round=Captain Morgan's reserve Rum shot
" 2nd round=Pinch yourself, drink shot of Belveder Vodka
' 3rd round=Bottle of wine to the head
" Win Lord Stanley: Remy XO will do. Get S-faced drunk, flip over cars.
