Excellent idea. I'm a scotch guy, but all my bottles are open. I think I'll pick up my favorite (JW Gold) and reserve it for that sweet day... along with a cigar.

have to agree. Normally its crown and jameson. Will save the JW blue and a bottle of a fine tequila (not patron). Will knock on wood now.

I have a bottle of Remy Martin XO that I got as a gift (because apparently I'm a pimp) almost 4 years ago that have never even touched.

So I think the Kings finally winning the Stanley Cup would be a pretty good reason to finally crack open that bottle.

I'm just gonna carry a glass with me so I could catch and drink my own tears cause I'm gonna be crying like a little bi***!

Great idea, Brunello Montelcino wines are by far my favorites. I will open this one and savor it if they ever win the cup.

Great call! I have an unopened bottle in the kitchen. It is now officially waiting for the Stanley Cup!

I am impressed that anyone can keep an unopened bottle of any booze for an special occasion. I guess I live in another world.

Seriously, I would like to celebrate with some good vodka, but really don't know what that would be. I'll cross that bridge when and if I get a chance to cross it.

How long does a bottle of Jack last? Somethings will spoil in time.

Since we are beer drinkers, I'm thinking that raising the coors light is not gonna do it for us. I do have a bottle of plungerhead that I have been saving...

Actually, I think I'm going to research and buy an amazing bottle of champagne and save it. Thanks for the suggestion RR!
