Nice, I like a little texture to my chimichurri sauce I don't like it when it's fully blended.

Same here. I like the separation of all the ingredients. Takes longer to make, but it tastes better, too.

Easy enough....food processor meets garlic, cilantro, parsley, and olive oil. Some recipes for call for vinegar or lime juice as well.
