Yes to those lemongrass egg rolls! Good stuff. I'm a fan of the potstickers they have there, and you have to pick up candy cane Joe Joe's!
I have to try those enchiladas everyone is ranting about. I haven't found a decent Mexican restaurant up here, so I'm desperate.

So the candy cane Joe Joes weren't bad enough? Now they've dipped them in chocolate... bastards.
I tried the edamame hummus advertised in the Holiday Trader Joe's Flyer and it was just ok. Still prefer the spicy hummus over the other flavors I've tried.
They also had samplers of the Wild Mushroom & Black Truffle Flatbread the last time I was there. That was pretty tasty, and it's in the frozen section.
I haven't tried the edamame hummus. I've been working sparingly with finals on the horizon and missed the last tasting we did.
Right now, my two favorite frozen items are the 99% FF Bean/Rice burritos and the Kung Pao Chicken, though I wish it had a little more chicken.
I also should mention that the lemon tarts and the curry chicken stix are f'n delicious.

Those things are bomb diggity. They are NOT meant to be nibbled.
And thats how you get ants!
The frozen rice, jasmine or brown, is ALWAYS in my freezer. Makes dinner a hell of a lot easier when I can have rice in 3 minutes.
The bags of frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, mango, pineapple, and sometimes blackberries) are always in my freezer for smoothies. The kids dig.
Choc chip mint ice cream!!!!!
