Pot Roast is a cheap and easy recipe, to say the least. We do it all the time here...sometimes in the crock pot, sometimes in the oven. But TJ's stuff is really, really, really the most flavorful and moist potroast I've ever had...even over some restaurant versions I've had across the country.
At the very least, it makes a great 5:30pm "Oh crap what's for dinner?" meal.
