Pot Roast is a cheap and easy recipe, to say the least. We do it all the time here...sometimes in the crock pot, sometimes in the oven. But TJ's stuff is really, really, really the most flavorful and moist potroast I've ever had...even over some restaurant versions I've had across the country.

At the very least, it makes a great 5:30pm "Oh crap what's for dinner?" meal.

You're not alone. My mom never made those either.

I had this for dinner last night. A little fatty but a great deal for like $6.

Is it already cooked there and you just heat it up in the microwave when you get home or is it frozen?

I'm tempted to head to Trader Joe's after work myself now.

While it seems like most of you are allergic to the "like" button, I just want to personally say thanks for looking anyway.

So chuck roast was on sale today and i picked one up. I am going to cook it in my dutch oven with potatoes and carrots.
Has anyone tried dredging it in flour before searing it?
It should thicken the sauce up but i havent tried it before.
