Tutorial- Rolling and smoking a Fatty
The ingredients:
Bacon
Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
Roasted peppers
Roasted Garlic
Provolone
Italian Seasoning
Spinach

Make a bacon weave

Lay on the sausage

Add peppers, Italian seasoning, and roasted garlic

Add provolone and spinach

Roll to the right

Roll to the left

Smoke in a smoker or on the grill, indirect heat about 250* until internal temperature of 165*-170*

Almost there!

Enjoy
You may have to move over direct heat to get crispy bacon. Or leave the bacon off and just roll in the sausage.
You can add just about anything you want to your fatty!
Breakfast: maple flavored sausage with blueberry pancakes inside
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, hash browns, and American cheese.
Korean: Marinated Short Ribs with green onions and red peppers
German: Bratwurst (cooked) and sauerkraut mixed with shredded bacon
Southwest: taco filling, green chiles, cheddar cheese, and corn tortilla chips
Dessert: pecans, crust, and pecan pie filling.
