This year's crop of watermelons is superb!
Really nice color and texture and a luscious sweet taste.
Not those little things the size of a cantaloupe, the real big seedless ones.
They are 19 cents a lb at Ralph's and better than I have tasted for a few years.

Dont forget to try a Santa Clause melon as well.....yellow flesh and very juicy.
