It's good for my high salt, no fiber diet.

Next to SPAM it is the food of gods. Oh how I loved Salisbury Steak day at elementary school.........

Lots of love from me for salisbury steak (aka hamburger steak in hawaii). Hell I even like me some Hamburger Helper Salisbury Steak which I prefer over the frozen dinners.
