and why is it sooooooo delicious?



now i'm not talking about your momma's recipe or some top flight fare at a mid-level joint. no, i'm talking about that nasty ass frozen pre-heat your oven to 350 and has the texture of Gaines-Bugers type s***.

i have been called many things, and one of them is a major food snob... but i just thoroughly punished one of what is CLEARLY manna from heaven and i am CERTAIN it will damn near rival my glorious and expensive dinner at Robuchon next week.


oh, and the one i just had was from Stouffers (not a Hungry man, which i equally love) and did NOT f*** around... this thing came with a "side" (because really, it was a second main) of Macaroni n Cheese and get this... NO DESSERT!

and a man can't be trifling with no dessert when he's trying to focus!

Every time I have one of those things, I want more! It's like some kinda ketchupless meatloaf or gravy-saturated hamburger patty.

my Asian french ass didn't grow up eating that stuff. I think I had it once at 6th grade camp. what a bizarre texture that meat was... but it could've just been the camp food...

MMMM! Grew up eating those things along with mashed potatoes. Still love them now.

Has anyone ever heard of a person making salisbury steak from scratch? Because I don't think I have.

Use the family size Banquet brand to make homemade loco moco. Get the hamburger and "gravy" is one package. Yummy.
