When I was younger I remember my parents taking me to a smorgasbord and one or two buffet style places. Whether or not they were any good, I miss them. Hometown Buffet is NOT a suitable replacement. I'm not even sure the crap they serve is edible.
So far none of them... They were utter spam on a shingle...to put it mildly...

- Mother's Pizza (a small chain-type pizza restaurant where the servers dressed in 1920's garb and the red/white table cloths were their trademark)
- Bonanza (still going as Ponderosa type stores in the US?)
