what are you putting on the grill this weekend?

we did some copper river salmon tonight, smoked ribs scheduled for tomorrow, tri tip on sunday, and hot links and burgers monday cos we take off for the fire works about four.

You got family and or friends coming by? What cha grillin?

smoking a whole chicken right now, smoking a huge brisket tomorrow, then we go to the Galaxy game on Monday and eat there.

ha, we tried that for the first time today. normally, hot dogs have been a lazy item i would make on the stove top so my husband never grilled them. until today! i asked him to try it on his somewhat recently acquired fancy pants weber and it was so good. om nom nom.

gonna have another nathan's dog tomorrow for lunch while he slow grills some baby back ribs.

burgers on the 4th of july since those are quick and easy and we're going to be busy with the parade and fireworks down here.

Did copper river salmon last night and will do brats tomorrow for all the family and friends coming over. Of course the brats have a "bath date" with red, green and yellow bell peppers and onions in Guiness prior to grilling!

Marinated some flank stake in worshtisire, garlic, red wine vinegar, honey,onion soy sauce, salt and pepper grilled it medium rare and made steak sandwiches. It was legit as hell.
