My boss gave me a bottle of cachaça for Christmas. Pretty happy about it cuz I DO loves me a good Caipirinha. So simple, so good.

Just had one of these and it's extremely nice.
I had a Manhattan the other day over at Haven in Pasadena, and it was fantastic. The wifey and I are going to Cancun at the end of March to an all inclusive place, so I think I'll be drinking a bunch of mojitos, mai tais and pina coladas. Since it's all inclusive there's no getting cut off and no extra cost for the good stuff. I guess I need to get my liver in shape.
Since middle school I bowed to rum & coke and Jack & coke as the deliciously undisputed co-Kings of the soda+spirit world. That is until rye whiskey & ginger ale (with a squeeze of lime) laid waste to that castle and ripped the crown without even a fight. :king: SO DAMN GOOD!!!!!!!!!!
My favorite cocktail is Rum And Cup.
Kahlua and a vanilla In & Out shake. Best shake EVAR !!!
