For shooting, a Belfast Bomber, equal parts Jameson and Baileys, shaken over ice, strained into a shot glass.
For sipping, 3 fingers of Jameson or Jack depending on mood, a splash of water and 3 ice cubes.
For pounding, Grey Goose and a Monster energy drink chaser.

DP and Crown
Long Island Ice Tea
Cactus Cooler + Whipped Cream Vodka = God Damn
Irish Car Bombs, not sure if this is a cocktail cause it sends you straight to hell instantly.
A friend introduced me to Captain Morgan and sprite = cream soda. On the spot.

A dear, old friend once scoffed at this question. He offered the following reply: "I don't put a skirt on my drinks."
If I can't drink scotch, I can get down with cadillac margaritas, tom collins or gin and tonics. Strawberry margaritas from El Chollo are okay too, although I am not a huge fan of super sweet cocktails...

I'm a beer drinker myself, but I love a Jamison's and coffee after a nice dinner out.
Oh, and chi chi's at Damon's in Glendale. Some one brought that up in the steak thread and now I have it on the mind.

I used to work close to El Cholo & never made it out to Happy hour! I regret that. I will have to try them sometime, soon!

I always see your Blue elixir and have wondered what it is? What is in a Blue Kamakazie?
