Old Fashioned, never old.
Sometimes a good Negroni.
And when feeling adventurous, a Last Word.

We are mostly beer people and expecially my hubby. But I have to keep abottle of VO with 7 up in the house for those moments when he craves it. I have thought about getting Seagrams 7 instead of VO but was unsure of the taste difference. Do you think it would be the same?
Sloe Gin Fizz
Old Fashioned
Mary Pickford
French 75
Irish Car Bomb
I am also partial to Orphy's special Vodka cocktail, that is, gulps of Vodka straight from the bottle followed by another. And the best part is that when it hits your stomach, it shakes, stirs, and mixes itself! :dancing-smiley: :chums:
Can I get a Pimm's cup in a pimp's cup?
As for my favorite mixed drink.

Great call. 2 of my favs right there, (1) Old Fashioned and (2) Negroni FTW, especially Old Fashioned. Gotta have a well made dry (3) Martini every now and then as well. And when I'm feeling like I need something sweet and fun and cheesy, a (4) Mai Tai hits the spot - or pretty much any Tiki bar sort of drink Zombie, Blue Hawaii and Chi Chi being next in line.
I've never had a white Russian either, but the idea of milk and vodka (it does use vodka, right?) makes me feel queasy.
I wish I could regularly attend classy cocktail parties instead of the usual party of one parties consisting of Popov and burnt frozen lasagna.
for someone who likes to drink, you sure get queasy by a lot of different concoctions, orphy. lol.
i'll admit though, ya, i'm not excited about milk and vodka either.
i'm more of a lime girl. lime and something. or just give me whiskey plzkthx.
