I found some Italian sausage that is expiring soon in the back of the fridge, I think I'll try to roll and smoke an Italian fatty tonight. Found some bacon that's expiring soon too, looks like I'm doing a bacon weave.

I'm in a long distance relationship so I only see her 1 or 2 times a week so I'll try the chicken on Friday maybe? But Ian deserves mad karma for this thread, it's easily one of my favorites!

Classier than just buying frozen chicken strips...though I have a soft spot for the tyson ones. heh.
ya, that's real easy to make. my Japanese friends/roommates taught me how to make that when I was in college.

my husband loves it. he tried dipping it in ranch and I gave him s*** for it though, lol. I only let him use katsu sauce...

So easy, I love the crust that panko gives you. I sometimes add a little dried garlic flakes to the panko...just have to be careful it doesn't burn and turn bitter.
Ranch is good with almost everything...but I don't like the buttermilk one, too sour so I don't buy Hidden Valley. Gotta have the "standard" restaurant kind, I'd have to look at the name of the one I buy from the market.

Gotta be a katsu sauce but not too sweet but I was just trying to go with P. Diddy's requirements.

    I'm a big fan of chili-spaghetti.
That's a classic plate lunch in hawaii, but with an added hotdog.
