    Sauteed in White Truffle Butter and Garlic


    Tossed in a mix of Alfredo Sauce and Melted Valbrie Double-Creme (brie)

    Rib eye with onion mushroom sauce, baked potato and roasted brussels sprouts with garlic. I didn't get a pic before it went down, so I'll catch it on the way out.

    Used the leftover Prime Rib Roast from Xmas even to get a bit fancy tonight.

    Cut the fat from the roast and rendered it for use in a dark brown roux I made. Then I cut the remaining meat from the bone of the prime rib roast from Xmas eve. I seared the meat in the cast iron skillet on all sides. Then I removed the roast, added shallots, white mushrooms, ****aki mushrooms, and some fresh herbs I took from PsychoPucks garden a couple of weeks ago for a side. Removed those ingrediants and added some red wine and au jus both left over from Xmas Eve. Heated those for a bit and used the roux as a thickener. Ouila!

    Yeah, we had some leftover smoked salmon as well so the wife made a japanese style salmon salad.
