Tuna casserole....in Hawaii. Yeah, it's still tuna casserole. I had a craving and had to have it. I gotta say, I'm happy with it.

Veggie saute w/ broccoli, red onion, carrots and cherry tomatoes "sort of herbes de provence" style (EV olive oil, butter, garlic with oregano and basil).

pan seared and baked soy and red chile wahoo (ono), white rice and carrots cooked in butter.

I got two chicken breasts and marinaded them in plain yogurt for about 4 hours with some spices. Grilled them on the backyard bbq and they came out delicious! Super tender with a nice crunch from the bbq. Next time I'm gonna add the tandoori spice I have in the cupboard.

i had cold soba noodles and edamame for dinner last night. gonna have leftover boeuf bourguignon tonight. it's like the french beef and guinness stew. btw, i still owe youuu...

Hubby was gonna smoke some pecan rubbed pork chops on the Traeger tonight but it's gonna be too windy. Looks like takeout tonight :(
