i remove the husks and silk, put some butter, garlic salt & pepper on the corn, wrap it in foil and throw it on the grill for like 30-40 min turning them like every 10 minutes or so.

Going to make Beef Stew with Dumplings since the weather still is kinda crappy. Best recipe ever...I grew up with it. I'll type it up later and share it.

In the mean time, here's a great lettuce wrap recipe I already typed up and had posted on FB to share with friends/family:

I leave mine in the husk and I marinade in beer(****ty beer) and smoked paprika.
then wrap in foil and bbq for your time frames. It tender, sweet, and you don't even need butter

This week it was crock-pot chicken tortilla soup and TJ's cornbread on Monday and Tuesday, and then penne with roasted veggies on Wednesday and Thursday.

Tonight will probably be something like Taco Mesa.

I don't have to cook today so I'm just gonna pick up a baguette at the store and eat it with foie gras and camembert. sip some crémant de Loire.

What I am making and what I am eating are two different things.

I have to make fondue for people at the Pot in Pasadena tonight. I won't be eating there though. Probably get a spicy chicken burrito from Del Taco at 2:00 AM on the way home from work.

i got some green tomatoes at the farmers market so i also made fried green tomatoes with a garlic aioli tonight.
