Tonight's dinner will probably be a medium size Jamba Juice smoothie after the gym. I can't eat anything after I work out.

Last night I grilled up some chicken and had that with fresh broccoli and wheat rolls.

I sound like such a boring foodie. lol.

I had sous vide chicken and red potatoes last night. One of the most hands free meal I've had in a long time.

I love my showtime rotisserie. I have some chicken marinating in an El Pollo Loco-esqe marinade. When I get home I'll put them in the machine and cook for 1hr. I have some leftover carnitas also so we'll have tacos. For dessert I found a sugar free cream cheese frosting recipe that I'll be giving a try on some cinnamon rolls.

...and while we're talking about chicken, if you haven't tried Dino's Burgers Chicken you are missing out.

I have some chicken marinating on my refrigerator that I plan to grill before the Kings play the Wild tonight. I have no illusions that it will be as tasty.

I've had it and it and it is good, but ask for the sauce on the side because they pour the sauce over the fries and you get overly soggy fries.

I have and fries were so disgustingly greasy without the sauce that it was almost better to have them soaked in the sauce anyways. Artery clogging material but great once in a while.

I've gone as far as making my own fries to go with their chicken or picking up some from McDonalds.
