    Default What's for dinner tonight?

In an effort to broaden my weekly meals, i figured id reach out to my LGK brethren. SO, what are you whipping up for dinner tonight?

Maybe we can make this a daily effort if it's well received enough.

Since its cold out, i'll be making homemade chili and corn bread muffins.

Its fun cooking now that hockey is back on. I was getting really good at cooking inbetween periods. :banashake:

Tomorrow can't make the game so its homemade meatballs and spaghetti sauce. found an incredible way to make meatballs that just melt apart when you eat them. Dang they are so good!

    Easy night for me:

BBQ'd boneless/skinless chicken breasts marinated in Italian dressing. Also threw some asparagus on the grill coated in EVOO and sprinkled w/ paremsan cheese. Microwaved some minute rice and had dinner in about 25 minutes.
If you really want something in this life, you have to work for it. Now, quiet! The're about to announce the lottery numbers...
