What's for Easter dinner?
Anyone else doing special Easter dinner stuff?
We're doing:
Mesquite-smoked brisket (rubbed with black pepper, onion flake, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper...then drizzled with the juice of one lemon and smoked for six hours in the barrel smoker.
Marinated lamb done on the barbecue.
Home made potato salad (with olives, chives, and bacon bits).
Baby spinach salad.
Yum, bitches.
Anything worth shooting is worth shooting twice. Bullets are cheap. Life is priceless.

We did a brunch since we had some family who had to drive a few hours back to places.
These dishes were on the menu:
- Ham
- Bacon
- Sausage
- Hash Browns
- My dad made a quiche with spinach, mushrooms, sausage, onions, tomatoes, and an Italian cheese blend.
- My dad also had the waffle maker set up for fresh waffles.
- Fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, oranges, and blueberries.
