What's a good steak restaurant?

high end wise? Pacific Dining Car in Santa Monica (just went there with the wench's kins). mmmm tender filet mignon with eggs and taters.

When you come up go to Anthony's Seafood or Ivar's. There are quite a few good restaurants and choices. And when don't pass on a chance to eat wild salmon. It is amazing!

That's the one I'd go to. I used to love all the geriatric waitresses. I'd get insulted as I ordered, "Hurry up honey, I ain't got all day!" LOL & then I'd enjoy them walking at glacial speed to bring me my food. The food was great & the service would always bring a smile to my face. I wouldn't think it was funny that they were all old, I thought the whole situation would make for good tv comedy.

Sounds like My Brothers on ventura. Its across from an old folks home and im pretty sure thats where they get their waitresses

the only complaint I had about that place was the younger waitress. she'd bring me dinner while I was in the middle of eating a salad. and THEN slap a bill on the table while I was in the middle of dinner, my fingers greasy from the baby back ribs and all.

there was this one waitress who I liked and she'd know what my usual order was. a week after the place closed, I found her working at Marie Calender's on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks.
