There is a fine line between enjoyably spicy and spicy to the point where anything you eat afterwards is completely ruined. Case in point- When you eat a pepper so spicey that any food that is even simply warm temperature wise seems spicy as well.

You have been warned
The green sauce that you put on Peruvian food. At the Inka Grill by my place they call it "Gringo Killer" and one time, I swear they put more chilies in it than anything else. It's usually pretty mild, but that one night, good lord. That chef's wife must have just cheated on him or SOMEthing.
Also, I'm a fan of sambal, which is an Indonesian chili paste. Also available with Thai food and such. You have a cold? You eat some of it. Your sinuses will be CLEAR!
Sadly though, I'm not supposed to eat spicy food anymore cuz of the tummy issues. Does that stop me though? No. I just pay the big price afterwards. Sigh. Don't tell my doctor.
a blackened chicken pasta at ragin cajun in hermosa beach, doesnt sound that spicy but man its deceptive.
