Sorry DRD, but Del Scorcho sauce ain't hot. Try eating some home grown jalapenos or some orange colored habaneros, the habanero **** will burn a hole in you both ways.

A long time ago before King Taco was everywhere, my buds went to the original on Ford and 3rd st and brought me back the asada burrito with the red sauce all over it. Two bites of it and I was down for the count. I had to throw it away and my mouth burned for what seemed like hours......

Not that I have a good example - can't think of what the spiciest I've had is....but I do know that it kicked Del Scorcho's spicy butt!

I loooooooove the Spoked Chipotle Tabasco sauce....not THAT spicy, but dang good!

Now I'm craving Dave's insanity salsa. Dammit.

Had some chinese chili peppers in a beef dish at a little chinese place in Laughlin, NV in 1988/89 that were way too hot. They made the dish totally inedible.

I have tried Dave's Insanity Sauce: Served out of an eye dropper from a one or two ounce bottle that was housed within an amber perscription looking bottle with a child resistant lid. To me, that isn't a food anymore. (Plus it was too fu****g HOT to appreciate any flavor.)

The hottest palatable sauce I've had is called "Fear Itself." It's a roasted habanero sauce I first tried in Vancouver, BC. Turns out, it is actually made there. Yes a Canadian hot sauce!!

A little bit of this stuff goes a long way, and the over zealous (such as myself) will get a rude awakening and will be yelling/begging the bartender for a glass of milk.

Used VERY sparingly, it has got some great smokey flavor, aside from the kick.

Tommy Burgers. With Tommys its always a crap shoot...sometimes the peppers are pretty mild almost pepperoncini spicy but sometime they pack a punch. Years ago I was with a buddy after some partying. A few months back, Quiznos had a spicy chicken sandwich and the sauce that was on the sandwich was the hottest thing I've had in awhile. They even let you sample the sauce with sample spoons so you know what you were getting yourself into. I must have had a quarter of a gallon of milk afterward.
