Thread: What's your favorite dark beer?

Then you *really* need to pay attention to the recommend-a-beer-thread. Guinness is good and all but there are waaaaaaay darker beers out there.

I'm sorry son, but you have the wrong person. If you have good dark beer recommendations please post them. Otherwise, your outside drama isn't warranted.

I'm a fan of Moose Drool myself. It has a sort of chocolatey/caramel taste and enough hops to balance it from being too sweet. I would recommend it if you are looking for a malty profile. For something more aggressive, I would suggest Hop In The Dark (CDA) from Deschuttes because I don't think Stones 15th Anniversary Escondidian Black IPA is available anymore.
