Actually, crusted in black and tan sesame seeds, seared rare and sliced on a spring mix salad with wasabi-ponzu vinaigrette is pretty good too.
While I was cutting it into steaks I was eating the leftovers raw, tasted damn good.
If your lookiing for ideas, my wife bbq's it w/ a sweet carribean jerk marinade, then places over spaggetti squash and tops w/ mango salsa. Good stuff! But really, any way you cook that stuff, it is great.
