Wifey threw some together with some rice and veggies and it rocked. Still some left for the grill and wood chips tomorrow.

Actually, crusted in black and tan sesame seeds, seared rare and sliced on a spring mix salad with wasabi-ponzu vinaigrette is pretty good too.

While I was cutting it into steaks I was eating the leftovers raw, tasted damn good.

If your lookiing for ideas, my wife bbq's it w/ a sweet carribean jerk marinade, then places over spaggetti squash and tops w/ mango salsa. Good stuff! But really, any way you cook that stuff, it is great.
