Thread: Yellowfin Tuna

OMG, my neighbor gave me two nice chunks of Yellowfin Tuna that he caught on Sunday. I can't wait to throw em on the grill, there is NOTHING like fresh caught fish. I might have take a pic of it, the color is dark red.

I just caught some this past week down in La Paz. How are you going prepare your tuna?

I generally make a couple of stiff drinks, some soft music and light conversation, slip a couple of roofies into the drink and walla! That Tuna is prepared.

I love me some AHI, love to buy steaks at the Fish Company in Los Al. Hawaiian Ahi kicks serious ass,deep maroon colored meat. I have made this fish at parties and people who didnt like fish , loved it and didnt believe it was fish...One of my all time favorite foods to eat....
