I've heard that the Mojito at Casa Fuentes in Vegas is very good. This comment was from a friend who has made two trips to Cuba, and his comment was it's the best tasting Mojito he has had in the states.

The Ivy has the Ivy Gimlet...which is basically a Mojito made with Vodka.
Worth a try, perhaps.

Yet another reason to go to Casa Fuentes? Jeez.

Vodka (preferably Ketel One, Grey Goose, Belvedere or Smirnoff) and Ice.

Beer and bud is pretty good too!

White Russians are alright, but Mai Tai's and Screwdrivers are my favs.

Straight liqour: Jameson, without question (followed by Cabo Wabo)

Beer: Guinness.
