My old college roommate (Duffy) made me drink a few of those on my 21st birthday. I yakked it up on the drive home. He was smart enough to get a trash bag before the ride.

to look slick with the ladies with your mad chem skillz, and as a kind of feminine throwback to old geezer drinks like the Manhattan, Rob Roy or Old Fashioned...

1. grab a shaker
2. muddle maraschino cherries, lime, bitters and a pinch of sugar.
3. add Blended Scotch Whiskey, Bourbon Whiskey, and sweet Vermouth
4. shake it but don't bruise it (cool is everything!)
5. strain into a Martini glass with ice and garnish with a mint sprig

enjoy my Ladybug.

Everclear and punch......when you are good and wasted pour some on the ground and watch it burn......

Effen and OJ the smoothes Vodka every.

I have to reiterate this statement. This private reserve is the shiz and it combines with the taste of pepsi perfectly.
FAR better than the regular Cpt Morgan spiced rum and I found it on sale at Von's of all places the other day.

Jaegermeister and Absinthe

Good tequila and a glass. No ice. Ice is what bartenders put in a glass to take up room.
Good rum and a glass.
Good anything and a glass. Just like you wouldn't cover up a good piece of stake with a heavy sauce, why cover up the taste of good booze?
Bombay Sapphire martini, dry, twist. As easy as it is to make, it's getting damn hard to find a place that makes a decent martini - bartenders all shake the thing like they are epileptic maracas players and I get ice chips in my martini.
Bloody Mary - nice and spicy. If you have a couple of good ones in the morning, it will free up your whole day.
Margarita - on the rocks, of course. Good tequila, no mix.
Vodka and Chambord - just use a bit of Chambord, served in a martini glass.
Tom Collins\Vodka Collins - a classic.
Gin & Tonic.
Gin Fizz - a damn fine drink for when the Gin & Tonic starts getting a little stale.
Long Island Ice Tea - when it's good, it's very good. Four kinds of booze in a tall glass, with a splash of lemon juice and soda. What's not to like?

Pina Coladas, Mai Tais, Scorpions and all other foofy drinks are for chicks and for when you are on vacation in an exotic tropical locale.

Blend of fruit juices

Poured over the rocks, never blended

Shots of a good tequila do the job for me, and so does a nice scotch - No ice and notmixed with anything else. Just straight !
