Also enjoy Effen (regular or black cherry) or Vox & tonic as well. What can I say? I'm partial to my peep's (Dutch) vodkas.

Either Ketel, Vox or regular Effen with ginger ale and a lime is yummy too.

Effen Raspberry + Trader Joe's Pink Lemonade is GOOD. If it's too sweet, you can cut it with a splash of Tejava. The raspberry Effen is a "limited edition" thing, but if you can find it, it's WELL worth the $30+ bucks. If I ever see it at the local BevMo I always clean out their supply in one time.

Private Stock is pretty good. I managed to pick up a 1 ltr bottle of it while on a Caribbean cruise a few years ago. Unfortunately, it's still sitting in my kitchen cupboard, untouched, simply because I don't drink soda any more.

And my agreement with the tequila people...

Good tequila in a glass... no ice, no salt, no lemon, no nothing.

Well you might laugh, I guess I am a novice in the world of hard alcohol but Jose Cuervo shots really are a great way to start the night (and beer follows it perfectly). What I have had from Sauza isn't bad either. Everybody talks about Patron but I can't justify spending 10 bucks a shot on that.

I really like J & B for scotch, and Glenfiddich. But Johnny Walker Black is the best I have had so far. Simply delicious !

I like the single match Scotchs. I don't do blended.

As far as tequila. I consider Patron badly overrated. It's all about the 1942 baby!

There are a lot of good tequilas. Milagro is a good tequila that is relatively inexpensive. I am a big fan of Casa Noble, also.

Most common mixed drink for me is Jack and coke,2nd probally long island ice tea,sounds really good right now.

The watermelon margarita I had the other day was pretty good. My favorite is always an amaretto sour.

White Russians. As far as using cream/half&half/milk, I don't really care; Sometimes I just drink milk w/ kaluha to help me sleep.
