Also, many people don't know this but proper temp for olive oil storage after opening is roughly 58 degrees. I keep mine in the red wine section of my wine cooler since that's roughly right for red wine as well. Keeping your olive oil in a fancy pourer on the counter is a big mistake that people often make.
