Thank you for your updates and efforts!

Speaking of Rocky, I think we listened to music from those movies 90% of the time. It is Jack's favorite workout music (very original, I know).


When one of the Michigan wrestlers stopped in and saw Jack doing quadricep excercises, he asked the trainer and I what the hell we did to piss him off so much.

"That guy is possessed", the wrestler said. "We can hear him grunting and growling from the aerobic room upstairs"

It did help take some of the sting out of yesterday.

I believe. Was really impressed also by the fact that JMFJ swam across all the Great Lakes in one day. Now that's a stud!
