    I knew Doughty was going to be a great player when I first saw him wearing #8! Only truly great players don that number (with the exception of Teemu)....Cam Neely, Alexander Ovechkin, Drew Doughty, Andy Duran, you know...great players! Also, Drew Doughty is further proof that it doesn't get any better than Double D!!! (I would like to thank GoldJet for that)

    There are several other contenders that could steal our thunder: Mason, Wheeler, Goligoski... all East Coast teams. We must proclaim Doughty's name every chance we can.

    Yahoo's PuckDaddy linked to the story, and the comments have just proven that the East Coast bias is alive and well.

    How about an old-fashioned taffination of those clowns who disagree.
