All in San Jose. I've bet SJ the last 3 games so I'm not about to change that.

at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.

The Grand Canyon, as you all may know, is an erosional feature formed by the Colorado River, starting about 17 million years ago (according to a 2008 calcite dating study). The bedrock units exposed in the Canyon range from 2 billion years old to 230 million years old. The Great Unconformity gives us a gap of about 1 billion years in the geologic record. An unconformity occurs when geologic processes do not allow deposition and lithification to occur. For example, let's say you have a stream where alluvial soils are being actively deposited. The stream shifts and the soils are buried, allowing them to lithify. When the stream shifts back, the surficial soils will be washed away, exposing the new bedrock. More alluvial soils will then be deposited. When the stream moves away again, these soils will be buried and lithified, creating two layers with a time gap between.

Stay tuned for our next Wonder update!

Coach McClellan of the Sharks will more than likely blame The Great Unconformity for the latest choke job.

    From hockeynews:

Williams scored two goals apiece in games 4 and 6. He also scored both Los Angeles goals in a 2-1 win in Game 7 of a second-round series against the Sharks last year, giving him five goals and four assists in four career Game 7's that were all won by his team.

Williams have been 4 times in Game 7 before, never lost! and will not lose now either, Sharts will choke!!
