Clicking 'Thanks" does give you rep, because when I tried to give KP rep via the rep button I received the following message;

Great analysis KP, and I really like the format you set up to describe each player.

A note on Karma and Thanks:

I noticed by experimentation that if you give Karma 1st, then hit the "thanks" button, you can do both. The opposite is not the case.

I did both! Thanks KP. Your reports are excellent and provide a life line for those who are too far away to attend camp.

Really apprectiating the hard work even though there is some Zatkoff bashing... the couple times I saw him struggle I was just assuming that the coaches asked him to try something new or out of his style... being a development camp. Fingers crossed thats all it is.
