Probably wasn't the best ice, but most facilities that have 2 tennants, have ****ty ice.
Sorry but the whole concept of having the out door game is to have the possiblity it will snow on the players. Thats what people are watching for. to see the guys wear beanies and freeze their asses off. and hope it snows. LA could play but id have to be somewhere else
Dodger Stadium isn't big enough...

Dan Craig....! The guy who does the ice for the winter classic. Straight from the mouth of him, I didn't just make that up. The nhl doesn't want to do it above 50 degrees because he can't keep the ice decent... You're talking about a slow choppy game with the puck dancing all over. Also the possiblity of injury is much greater on crappy ice.
Vegas was PRESEASON... The ice can be as bad as sand, the game doesn't matter.
Kings/Avs in Invesco Field @ Mile High.
THAT would be epic.
Awesome art....whats all that white stuff?
Cool concept, but it will never happen until all possible venues have been used and it become just a novelty game that has lost it's original appeal.
Great job on the artwork!
