At least now we know one of the Breaking Bad characters will live on after the finale... sort of:
'Breaking Bad' Saul Goodman Spinoff On AMC -- Series To Serve As Prequel
Since it is officially announced as a prequel to BB, it still leaves Saul's eventual fate on the final three episodes in the air. More stuff to worry about!
"THE ACCURACY OF THEIR SHOOTING IS NOT THE CRUX OF THIS SCENE."... When each shooter shoots automatic and semi automatic weapons for a good minute or so and not one person is hit, it kinda does become the crux don't you think? And 2 of the shooters are trained federal agents, yet they can't hit even 1 of 4 shooters 50 feet away?! can't even shoot for their legs?! (or... am I the only one that would do that?) It's not like a few shots were fired at a car as it sped away (that could have been believable at least)
and don't even get me going on Walt suddenly believing that Jesse (yes, JESSE!!) figured out this plan to get his money, so Walt makes Jesse the bassmaster and he drives to the exact spot where he duried the $$. And when he got there and saw no one there, he parks his frickin' car on top of his loot, instead of, oh, I don't know, just keep driving away from your money once you know it hasn't been discovered?!!
No. Because it isn't. When people are on screen shooting at each other I understand that it's a dramatization of a violent conflict and I don't require it to resemble in any fashion a realistic unfolding of proposed events. THAT'S when suspension of disbelief is applied."THE ACCURACY OF THEIR SHOOTING IS NOT THE CRUX OF THIS SCENE."... When each shooter shoots automatic and semi automatic weapons for a good minute or so and not one person is hit, it kinda does become the crux don't you think?
Not when characters behave completely contrary to their philosophical and behavioral norms.

Upon seeing no one was there and the money appeared to still be buried, that exact thought immediately entered my mind.
You would think someone of Walt's intellect, with so much riding on it, could figure that out too.
But then, that wouldn't have led to the shootout, which will lead to...TBD.
