Peter Dinklage is pretty well established as an actor JD. . . what are you getting at with that last comment?

Not gonna get spoilery but even the smallest role on the show is cast so well. Characters that either don't have huge parts or...get sent to the corn field are cast so well that I don't want the inevitable to happen. Could name names...but I won't.

I couldn't help myself, I downloaded and watched the second episode already. Next week will be miserable but I'll probably just watch these two episodes again to get by.
And the baby killing is messed up.

Love the show and its characters. Tyrion, Ser Jorah and Bronn are awesome...and Prince Joffrey is probably the douchiest douchebag mother****er I have ever seen on screen.
I recently scammed the first four books of Amazon for few bucks...it's amazing how true this series is to the books. I'm just about to finish the first book and most of the time even the dialogue is word-for-word.
Though I don't know what I should do next...read Clash of the Kings first...or wait and watch the season.

I guess they previewed it on HBO GO or something. It was ripped from a stream.

I dig this show, but I will admit that I don't keep all the characters straight (never read the books, and probably won't). Can someone explain to me why they were killing the babies? I remember there was a scene where they were talking about pushing common folk out of the towns and into the countryside. Was this related to the baby killing, or something different?
