Man, that's got to be some kind of record. Sad, yet hilarious.

True Blood has been great since the season premiere. Eric is like a little child and it's just adorable.

Yeah...he's much more likeable and Bill is less so. Manipulative, sure. Meanwhile, the only guy in Sookie's life who is truly good, is Alcide, so they will never be together. It's been pretty good so far. Looks like Pam's makeover is at least going to be around a few eps. Yipes. Liked the Danko Jones during the credits.![]()
Was actually talking about this today and how nice it is to see a different side of Eric. I actually like Bill this season too. They both played such one not characters and both seem so much more interesting to me IMO. I find Bill to be better as a more charming open guy instead of just sulking around the house and following Sookie around.
I have not gone thru the earlier posts of this thread but I finally got caught up on Game of Thrones this weekend.. thank you being sick. Wow wow wow. By the time the final scene of the last episode happened i was ready to start season 2 then and now.
One nice thing about GOT and Boardwalk Empire, at least to me, is that the budget is so enormous that it feels almost like the show makers knew they were basically guaranteed 2 seasons so they were allowed to really take their time and get you invetsed in the characters. I found that the first half of both shows to be somewhat slow and a bit of a chore (boardwalk moreso than GOT) but the second half of both seasons.. look out. They really started to get on track. I can't for season 2 of both as now that so much of the characters back story has been set up it can really start moving.

Know nothing about the character(yet) but this guy is a good actor in bad movies(the Tournament/Clash of the Titans) and good(Centurion). Cannot see this NOT working out well.
just get his hair to be red and he'll be great as far as i pictured...
davos starting in the 2nd book pretty much tells the point of view from stannis's side. (so in the books it will be a "davos" chapter) and has some of the biggest events in the 2nd book in his chapters. not one of my favorite characters but a necessary one
*edit*
wierd picture ( http://www.imdb.com/media/rm813532416/nm0192377 )
i saw a reading for davos by the red headed dude on the left, the guy in the middle is davos now, and i was hoping the dude on the left would be stannis, as he would be perfect. (but that guy is pretty famous now)
