Now that I have had time to seethe about True Blood and just how little anything on that show matters...Billith...ok, so we have established Bill wants to be held in check. He doesn't want to be consumed and changed by his new powers. Only to have the 3 faces of EVIL(Lillith) jump on in, almost assuring that Bill will be up to no good and soon. So, what are the long term repurcussions. ZERO, because they have established that Bill does not want to do wrong so therefore he won't be responsible for anything he does even if it's the rumored death of a major character(who fancies themself a movie actor and no longer has time for this show). OOOOh I hate myself for watching this even more than Anger Management.
So...who can explain true blood to me now.
Bill is now vampire Jesus?
Sat watching TB last night seething at how awful the show is. Hooray ANOTHER man who unfathomably finds Sookie irresistable. Everyone seems terribly uninterested. Now Alcide is an *******, Jason is already calling his Fairy Granpa(jeezus the fact that I had to just type that...) grandpa, and Terry/Sheriff Andy/Lafayette/Pam are all horribly boring and or stupid where at one point they were enjoyable parts of the show. It was the longest hour I have sat thru in a while. Thanks to Kingsqueen who woke me up the few times that my brain fought to save me for the retartdation...thanks for that(grrrrrrrrrrr). Just horrible. Even Rutger Hauer is wasted.
CLEAR HISTORY Trailer. CLEAR HISTORY Stars Larry David, Jon Hamm, and Danny McBride | Collider
Larry David stars as a marketing executive at a start-up electric car company who gives up his ten percent of the business after a petty argument with his boss. The company subsequently makes billions of dollars, destroying his life and leaving him publicly humiliated. Ten years later, after changing his name and moving to a small island off the Massachusetts coast, all is well – until something from the past threatens his new life.
Ok...am I wrong, or is the actress who plays Eric's 'sister' the same girl who is playing the Governors daughter? Either they are setting us up for some weak ass Prince & the Pauper switcheroo, or they really didn't bother to realize just how similar the 2 actresses look.
Pam...you are boring now. Once you were bitchy fun, now you are just another whiny vamper. Lafayette...you too. Not the whiny vamper bit, but you are becoming redundant now that I have Jo(?) on Banshee.
So glad I wasn't the only one...Kq and me were arguing the whole episode...
So, the wife and I just started watching the TrueBlood a few days ago. Already 6 episodes in, and it's a pretty damn good show. I've heard that it suffers from writer's strike during season 3, but picks up again the following season. Looking forward to joining the conversation on this in about a month or so.
