    This will no doubt be another knock on my resume' but I have not seen Maniac Cop. Should I or is it overrated?

    Has Tom Atkins ever played anything besides a cop?

    I don't know if it's overrated. I mean doesn't it have a reputation of being cheesy fun at best, which in my opinion, it's probably what it is.

    Maniac Cop is ok. It's fun, but not worth buying, in my opinion.

    Though it should be noted that I last saw it almost a decade ago.
