There’s a perfunctory setup and then there’s a huge scrap that lasts for more or less the last hour of the film.I am so in.most memorable line I heard was “I’ve been in restaurants all night but all I’ve been served is lead”

this..
was on the main page that rerouted to that review. Shoulda worked that into review cause it's a great line. Since The Stath does all these Besson films why has nobody done the obvious and teamed him up/against Jean Reno. C'mon!!!!!!a film so manly it’s going to punch you in the face with a fist made of guns.
Saw Safe last night.
It took a little longer than expected to get the background/story going, but then there's one magic moment where Statham does vintage Statham. (got a loud ovation from everyone in the theater). From that point on it's exactly what is described above. Storyline makes zero to no sense, who turns on (and perhaps kills) who doesn't really follow any logic, and yet Statham just makes the movie incredibly awesome. The little girl actually was very impressive too.
My only problem - again with the damn shaky camera! I hate it and felt I probably missed about half the movie's action as I couldn't follow what was going on.
PARKER Trailer Starring Jason Statham and Jennifer Lopez | Collider
hmmm Chiklis, Nolte, Bunk from the wire...almost enough for me to forgive Lopez. Is it just me or does Statham look unnatural with hair. Felt that way in Revolver too. It's like he's too cool for hair.

Chiklis and Statham, and yet Jennifer Lopez makes me not want to see it in any way.
I'll go see it just because I love the source material, but... yeah. Why her?
