UPDATE: so...after email correspondence, the powers that be have determined that I was one of the attendees affected by a glitch in the system. That's the good news. Whether they correct that by allowing me to purchase 4day/w/preview night as were available at said time of glitch remains to be seen. They said they are doing more research and will get back to me. I still think I can wind up with a 'sorry, and we thank you for your working with us to correct the problem but at this time...' kinda wah wah/slide whistle, but maybe, just maybe they will do the right thing.
