Episode 2 of Homeland was much better. I really like how they've flushed out Quinn as an actual human being not just some CIA super-spy/robotic hitman. Saul is in hell. I doubt he'll ever have another easy day. I still find myself alternating between eye-rolls and zoning out during the scenes with Brody's family. Looks like Brody will make his first appearance in Episode 3.
Yeah, thought Homeland took a spin in the right direction...and now we have an idea where they are going. I trust NOBODY at this point. Quinn is a poker faced liar. Saul...I just don't know. Remember, they hinted at a mole at one point. We still have some unanswered questions. And why would Saul's wife come back now? There is something there...or another red herring. I get that Danes is supposed to be mental...but when she was ruding out that reporter I wanted to swat her.
Phenomenal episode last night. Another excellent performance by Danes. Especially the ending when she told Saul to go f himself while drugged up. Unbelievable. Just wow!
So... thoughts on S4 of Homeland so far? I'm digging it quite a bit, personally.
Also, for the love of god, please tell me someone else here is watching Masters Of Sex. I'm genuinely in love with it.
